When a card has the keyword Flourish, it means that your Follower limit and Altar limit in that Kingdom has now increased by one. If you have a card with Flourish in play, that Kingdom may now hold four Followers instead of three and six Altar/Temples instead of five. The Flourish ability stacks, so for each card with Flourish in play, your Kingdom may hold an additional Follower/Altar.
